If you feel that your recipe has the ingredients, taste and family appeal to become the next Lou’s™ Quick-n-Easy® entrée please fill in the required fields below. Lou’s™ Quick-n-Easy® Recipe Challenge entries must consist of:
- Boneless meat (beef, pork, poultry) – whole piece, chopped, or ground
- Sauce (red wine gravy, turkey gravy or barbeque sauce etc.)
Sauces entered into the contest must be an original recipe and include metric measurements. Entries that do not include a main meat and sauce will be disqualified.
Only those recipes that provide complete information, and meet the required guidelines will be accepted. Please note that it is at Lou’s™ Quick-n-Easy® discretion to accept or reject recipes.
By entering your recipe you are agreeing to fully participate. If your recipe is chosen it will become the property of TMF Foods Ltd. and can be used in part or in whole at TMF Foods Ltd. discretion.
